Today I’m going to be talking about affiliate marketing ideas that make money, I’m not into quick fixes or get rich quick schemes so I’ll be focusing on long term strategies.

– Sciatica or Back Pain
– Self Help
– Cooking Utensils
– Computers or the latest gadgets
– Dog training
– Acne
– Gardening
All of the above niches have affiliate potential and when you think about it, it makes sense!
People are searching for the answers to their niche related problems, you might even have been looking for answers relating to the above niches at some point in your life.
Let’s take back pain as the example, say you have experienced incredible back pain, you might look online to see if you can find useful tips and stretches to help improve your symptoms.
You might find a useful article on the best home stretches for lower back pain, you read through and take actionable information away from the article.
If you see a recommended back pain product towards the end of the article you might well want to buy it, and that’s how it works.

Focus on Email Marketing, Not Banners

Google and Bing are the best known search engines, of course google is the most popular, it’s important for you to understand how you can better rank your site, so here are some tips.
Update your site regularly with fresh and unique content. Google loves sites that are regularly updated, they want to provide their visitors with the best experience!
You should be aiming to put out content on a weekly basis, focus on high quality, problem solving articles.
All of your posts need to be optimised for a keyword and you need to ensure that the keyword has a good number of people using it on a monthly basis.
There are plenty of free tools out there to help you estimate the monthly search volume of a keyword, i like to use keywords everywhere, it’s a free chrome extension and its incredibly useful.
Just be aware that it wont be 100% accurate, but you can use it as a useful indicator.
Make sure your keyword is in the title tag, if possible it should be right at the beginning. You should also ensure that you repeat your keyword in the first paragraph of text.
DO NOT stuff your keyword everywhere and anywhere, put your reader first! Google is looking for posts / pages that read well and keep people on the page, write your articles as if you were chatting to a friend.
