Every Amazon listing has a question and answers section. The customer’s question and answer section is just below the review section on the Amazon listing; you can even search via keyword, which might help you find a relevant answer.
Can’t find the information you need?
Here are the steps you would follow to ask questions about a product:
- Sign in to your Amazon account and navigate to the product page in question.
- Scroll down until you see the text: Have a Question or Customer Questions & Answers.
- Using simple language, type your question into this search bar.
- Amazon will try to find the information you need by highlighting relevant text on that product page.
- If you do not see the answer you need, scroll down until you see the Post Your Question.
- Hitting this button will submit your question. Now, all you need to do is wait for an answer.

To do this, refer to the email you received from Amazon with your answer. Click on See All Answers, which will take you to the question page. From here, you can delete your question (you do need to be signed in).
